What we deliver

Highway & Road Engineering, in detail

  • 01

    Feasibility & geometric design

Route selection, horizontal and vertical alignment, and cross-sections designed to standard.

  • 02

    Pavement & drainage design

Pavement layers designed from traffic and CBR data, with fully sized drainage structures.

  • 03

    Construction supervision

Resident engineers, quality audits, materials-testing oversight and contractor certification.

  • 04

    Road safety & traffic management

Road safety audits, signage design, traffic management plans and junction improvements.

Road Design

  • Horizontal and vertical alignment design
  • Cross-sections and earthworks calculations
  • Intersection and junction design
  • Road furniture: signage, guard rails, markings
  • Geometric design to UNRA standards

Pavement & Drainage

  • Traffic volume and axle load surveys
  • Pavement design using AASHTO and SATCC methods
  • Culvert, bridge and drift sizing and design
  • Side drain, mitre drain and scour check design
  • Stormwater runoff and catchment analysis

Supervision & Documentation

  • Resident engineer and site team placement
  • Materials testing and laboratory oversight
  • Interim payment certificate review
  • Variation orders and contract administration
  • As-built surveys and completion documentation

Workflow

Simple and transparent

The same four stages on every engagement, so you always know what happens next.

  1. 001/

    Consult & quote

Share your brief. We review the scope, site and budget, then send a free quote.

  2. 002/

    Plan the project

Scoping, scheduling and critical-path analysis, budgets, cost control and a risk plan agreed before work starts.

  3. 003/

    Supervise delivery

Daily site oversight, contractor coordination, quality inspections, change control and regular client reports.

  4. 004/

    Hand over & close out

Snagging, commissioning sign-off, final accounts, as-built documents and a post-completion review.

FAQ’s

Highway & Road Engineering questions

Clear information about our services and how we work with clients.

What road types does your highway team work on?

National highways, district roads, urban streets, community access roads, estate roads and industrial access routes, designed to UNRA standards, donor guidelines and international highway standards.

Can you produce tender-ready documents for road contracts?

Yes. We prepare drawings, specifications and contract documents, and can then supervise construction with a resident engineer on site.

How do you handle drainage in flood-prone areas?

We analyse catchments and stormwater runoff, then size culverts, drifts, side drains, mitre drains and scour checks to suit the site’s hydrology.
